LuckyBirthdayLotto is free to play. Tickets and Lucky Coins are earned entirely through normal use of the app — neither is ever sold or purchased for real money. No purchase of any kind, with real money, is ever possible. Lucky Coins are always free to earn, and spending them — for example on an extra ticket — may give you additional entries, the same way playing more naturally would; it is never a shortcut that costs real money.
You must be 18 years of age or older and a UK resident to play and to receive a prize. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Employees of LuckyBirthdayLotto and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
Each ticket you hold is entered into that day's draw. To claim any prize, you must first correctly answer a short skill-testing question — this is a genuine test of a real mental step (basic arithmetic or logic), not a game of pure chance. Draw results become available once that day's draw has completed, as shown in the app.
Prize amounts are as shown in the app at the time you play. Prizes are paid in cash, subject to successfully answering the skill-testing question and passing any identity/eligibility verification we reasonably require. Verified prizes are paid within 7 business days of verification, via bank transfer to the account details you provide. If we are unable to verify a winner's eligibility, or a winner does not respond to our contact attempts within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited.
One account per person. We reserve the right to void tickets, withhold prizes, or close an account found to be using multiple accounts, automated tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage.
We may update these rules from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect from the date shown above.
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
